One is next to the provincial school, which is Changzhou Library. You need to bring your ID card or household registration book and 100 yuan (children may only need 50 yuan) to apply for a card. There is an adult hall and a children's hall. Children's cards can only go to the children's hall, and adult cards can only go to the adult hall.

The other is opposite Jingchuan Park, which is a branch of Changzhou Library. It's called Shangshu Library. There is only one library, regardless of adults and children. You must also bring your ID card or household registration book and 100 yuan (children are also 100 yuan) to apply for a card.

Note: Cards run by Shangshu Branch Library can be used in Changzhou Library, but not in Changzhou Library.
