3. Account book setting: there should be general registration, individual registration and cancellation account books and audio-visual materials, of which the general registration book and cancellation registration book should be paper (if all individual registrations are printed, it will cause great waste); Borrowing books are now published in account books, electronic resource registration account books, borrowing record account books, books and periodicals cancellation record account books, etc.

4. Classification and cataloging processing institutions: books, audio-visual, periodicals, bound periodicals and other documents should be checked and registered in time. According to the Library Classification of China (fifth edition), it is classified, catalogued and technically processed according to national standards; According to China Library Classification (5th edition), the bookshelves are orderly and the books are clearly marked, which is convenient for readers. Reject copies of books, periodicals, audio-visual materials and teaching materials with outdated or unhealthy contents, long-term loss of use value, serious damage and irreparability, which are not in line with the collection scope of our library, and copies of books, periodicals, audio-visual materials and teaching materials with too many and incomplete sets, as well as teaching reference books and problem sets that have been replaced twice; Books, periodicals and audio-visual materials in circulation should be reviewed once a year; Make an inventory of all books, periodicals and audio-visual materials every three years, and strictly cancel the lost and eliminated books, periodicals and audio-visual materials to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
