A: The bellows in the fresh air system, also called the secondary bellows, are mainly more environmentally friendly, quieter and more comfortable. Its existence determines that the form of fresh air system is different, so the difference is quite big. I will talk about its characteristics in combination with my work experience.

The bellows, that is, the auxiliary bellows, has the function of distributing the fresh and clean air treated by the main engine. It mainly exists in the top-down pipeline system and the ground top-down pipeline system. Because fresh air piping is the same as octopus, these two piping systems are also called octopus piping system.

What is the top-down piping system like? In this system, two PVC round pipes are used. One circular tube provides a channel for indoor air to be discharged to the outside through the tuyere at the top of the room, and another circular tube provides a channel for outdoor air to be sent to all areas of the room through the tuyere installed at the top, so that indoor air can be replaced one by one.

Because PVC round pipes are connected by glue when they are branched, the air in fresh air pipes is easily polluted by glue, which will endanger our health when fresh air enters the room; In addition, due to the principle of reducing the diameter of the main branch pipe, it is easy to bring the problem of wind noise. Based on these problems, there is an octopus-type top delivery and return system with bellows.

What is the octopus-type top-to-top pipeline system? Mainly at the purification output end of the fresh air blower, a distribution box is placed in a suitable place indoors, and the distribution box has 3-8 air outlets, which can be connected with corresponding PE spiral soft air pipes, so that the purified fresh air is concentrated in the distribution box first, and then the air volume of each air outlet is adjusted through the air valve, and the fresh air is sent into the room through each PE spiral soft air pipe.

Advantages:

1, environmental protection, it uses PE tube, reaching food-grade environmental protection level; In addition, there is no glue in the fresh air duct, so I won't worry about the toxicity of PVC pipes (I specifically explained in the previous question and answer that PVC pipes won't crack at room temperature, so I don't think PVC pipes will be toxic in the fresh air system, but it will be polluted by formaldehyde when glue is used in the installation process. )

2. Noise reduction. Many people are worried about noise. It is really good to use spiral pipe in this respect, and the mute is obviously higher than that of PVC round pipe system.

3. Balance of air volume adjustment. Each tuyere end of the air distribution box has a manual air valve, which can be easily adjusted according to the required air volume at the end. The PVC round pipe system can also adjust the air volume, which can be simply adjusted by the hood at each fresh air outlet.

Disadvantages:

1, the use of pe spiral pipe and air distribution box, in terms of cost, the first is the cost of manual installation, and the second is the cost of materials, which is higher than that of pvc round pipe system, generally about 3000-4000 yuan higher.

2. The construction difficulty will be higher than that of pvc round pipe. In order to avoid the problem of too many holes in the beam, attention should be paid to the design of pipeline direction, the coordination of ceiling and the calculation of wind loss.

Because the above system is easy to conflict between the beam and the smoothness of airflow replacement in the apartment structure, there is a pipeline system for sending the roof back to the ground.

What is the ground top return piping system? It is a system that keeps the return air from the top, and uses a flat air duct with a thickness of 3 cm on the ground to send fresh air through a strip tuyere on the wall or on the ground. The fresh air filtered by the main engine directly flows down the wall through the pvc riser and is sent to the air distribution box, and then the fresh air demand is adjusted according to each place through the air valve of the air distribution box to achieve balance.

Advantages:

1, the comfort is higher, mainly reflected in the low air supply volume, which is higher than the return air, so that the air circulation is more in line with our human breathing needs.

2. Environmental protection. Its underground pipeline can also be constructed without glue, using pe flat pipes and food-grade materials.

3, the silence is high, and its silence is the highest.

4. In the process of construction, the interference of beam to the system is solved.

Disadvantages:

1. Because of its pipeline characteristics, the design and construction are complicated and cost is required. One is labor cost, and the other is material cost, which is generally about 5000 yuan more expensive than PVC pipe top delivery.

2, if there is floor heating, its construction is relatively simple; If not, it will be slotted and laid.
