Laiwu Technician College was founded in 1985, approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government, and rebuilt on the basis of Jinan Laiwu Senior Technical School.

The college is located in Laiwu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Jinan City, Shandong Province.
