It was suggested that he buy several houses facing the street in the former residence of the scholar in Lu Tao Village, or exchange them with shops in Xinjiezi, so as to expand the construction area of the mansion. There is a hotel upstairs and a teahouse downstairs in Lujia's house, and the whole family depends on it to make a living. They are unwilling to sell or change.
