2. Click "My Library" and enter "My Borrowing".

3. Click "Overdue Arrears" to view the amount owed.

4. Click "I want to complain", fill in the reasons for the complaint, and upload relevant evidence pictures (such as courier and photos).

5. Click "Submit" and wait for the staff to review.
