Chapter one: Introduction.

Production practice is an important part of university practice, and the school attaches great importance to it. Every year, a large amount of funds are allocated to arrange students of various majors to visit and practice in various factories, so that students can increase their knowledge, consolidate their textbook knowledge, let us know some basic operation processes of the factory, and lay a solid foundation for future study and work.

Of course, our major is no exception. Before the start of school, the school arranged for our professional students to take part in production practice from 10 to 12 weeks, so more than 200 of us, led by our teachers, excitedly visited Luoyang for practice, which made us learn a lot.

Through my own visit, I also searched all kinds of books and related materials online, consolidated and improved my knowledge, and successfully completed this internship report. Therefore, the content of this report consists of four chapters.

Part one: internship objectives

The important goal of this internship is to enable students to acquire perceptual knowledge of basic production, integrate theory with practice and expand their knowledge; At the same time, professional practice is an important channel to temper and cultivate students' professional ability and quality, and to cultivate contemporary college students' hard-working spirit. It is also an important way for students to get in touch with society, understand the industrial status and national conditions, gradually realize the transformation from students to society, and cultivate our ability to undertake technical work initially and understand the basic methods and skills of enterprise management. Experience the contents and methods of enterprise work. This practical knowledge is a very necessary basis for us to study the follow-up courses and even work in the future. During the practice, we learned some basic operation processes of the factory, got a preliminary understanding of the machine tool structure, processing methods and clamping methods, and got a more detailed understanding of the processing technology of some parts, which laid a good foundation for future work. Of course, it is more important for us to consolidate the theoretical knowledge we usually study and know how much equipment we have really learned to supplement our own shortcomings.

Part II: Introduction of internship units.

China Yi Tuo Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Luoyang, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the ancient capital of the Nine Dynasties, is the only agricultural machinery manufacturing and sales enterprise in China listed in Hong Kong. Its predecessor, Tractor No.1 Factory, is a comprehensive company which mainly produces machinery and has factories, subsidiaries and representative offices in many regions at home and abroad.

1955, as one of the key construction projects 156 aided by the former Soviet Union during the "First Five-Year Plan" period of new China, Yi Tuo, the largest tractor factory in China, broke ground in the Royal Garden of the former Yang Di Emperor in Jianxi, Luoyang under the instructions of President Mao Zedong. After three years of construction and improvement, the first tractor was towed off the assembly line on July 20th 1958. 1 959165438+1October1,officially completed in Yi Tuo. 1990 was rated as "national first-class enterprise" by the State Council Enterprise Management Committee. 1997, China Yi Tuo group reorganized its tractor-related business, assets and debtors, followed the shareholding system reform, and established First Tractor Co., Ltd. according to law. Now, starting with the mechanism and system, Yi Tuo is actively establishing a modern enterprise system. Chapter 2: Practice process

The so-called safety education is important. On the first day we arrived in Luoyang, we were organized for safety education, and the staff in Yi Tuo explained the safety education to us. Since primary school, students have been ignoring the safety education that teachers will emphasize every time they travel, unless teachers take the initiative to intervene. However, this time, the staff let us thoroughly and truly experience the bloody tragedy behind the accident and fully understand the importance of safety in the factory. Its security persecution can be divided into six categories:

1. Mechanical persecution, mainly mechanical persecution.

2. There are two kinds of chemical persecution: gaseous persecution and liquid persecution.

3. The persecution of burning and explosion is mainly the joint action of machinery, chemistry and thermal effect.

4. Hot persecution.

5. electric shock persecution.

6. Other persecution.

And the only measure to put an end to these security persecution is to strictly abide by the safety requirements of the factory, and its important preventive measures are:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the factory;

2. You must queue up to enter the factory;

3. No assembly in the square;

4. Cover the garden and take good care of flowers and plants;

5. Do not block the entrance and exit of the factory, and do not stand on the main road of the factory;

6. Keep the factory clean;

7. It is forbidden to take pictures in the factory;

8. Alcoholism is strictly prohibited during production practice;

9. Dress according to the uniform requirements. It is forbidden to wear slippers, sandals and high heels into the factory. Pants are required. The cuffs and collars of the clothes are buttoned. People with long hair will put their hair in a hat and can't carry a backpack into the factory.

10. The factory belongs to the production organization and strictly abides by all kinds of machine tools, but only takes a look;

Part II: Practice process.

First, visit the forging branch.

1. Overview:

The professional forging base was completed and put into operation on 1959, with an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons and more than 800 kinds of forgings. There are 3 production lines for large forgings (crankshafts) and 3 production lines for small crankshafts 1, and a hanging heat treatment and tempering production line with advanced domestic level has been built. Before the introduction, we have established cooperative relations with more than 30 domestic manufacturers, which can provide users with high-quality forgings, such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, power machinery, military foreign trade and so on. The forging weight is 0. 1 kg ~ 270 kg. In recent years, advanced Japanese technology has been introduced, and a variety of crankshaft series forgings have been developed, especially the hammer forging technology and forging quality of large and complex crankshafts are at the leading level in China. Some products are processed and exported to the United States and Southeast Asia. In terms of product quality, we always aim at customer satisfaction and ensure "high-quality products, excellent services, meeting requirements and continuous improvement", which is a reliable guarantee for enlightening and occupying the market.

2. Production equipment and its functions:

1) workshop 1:

Important equipment is heat treatment furnace, including continuous normalizing furnace and continuous tempering furnace; Forging cold straightening equipment: hydraulic press and straightening hammer are very important, and their important role is to eliminate product deformation caused by forging stress release during heat treatment; Forging cleaning equipment, especially shot blasting machine or shot blasting machine, plays the role of cleaning and strengthening forgings, and the surface of cleaned forgings is smooth.

The hardness is relatively high.

2) Seminar 2:

The second workshop has two workshops. In the light forging workshop, there are 7 flat forging machines and 4 forging machines. The die forging workshop has 1 free forging hammer, 4 air forging hammer and 10 steam forging hammer. In addition, there are three kinds of continuous sponsorship equipment: heating furnace, which plays an important role in heating blanks; Press, whose important function is to finish trimming or punching; Thermal proofreading equipment, its important role is to eliminate deformation (what is important is the deformation caused by trimming or trimming or punching).

3. Production process

The general process of forging is as follows:

Blanking -26 production line-forging (heating, trimming, punching and proofreading)-cooling-heat treatment (which may cause deformation of parts)-cleaning (which may also cause deformation of parts)-cold proofreading.

Second, visit the gear factory.

1, overview:

The professional gear and its assembly processing center has 659 sets of important process equipment such as Gleason production line, CNC lathe, Italian CNC hobbing machine, CNC gear shaper and heat treatment production line. At present, it has gradually become a supplier of gearbox products, automobile products, agricultural machinery products, construction machinery products and operation products.

2. Important equipment:

The radial drilling machine is mainly used for deep hole machining of parts, such as table drilling machine, vertical floor milling machine, semi-active spline shaft milling machine, gear hobbing machine, horizontal rectangular table grinder, multi-tool lathe, straight bevel gear planer, electrical control cabinet and other machine tools. Spiral gear precision cutting machine, machine tool active chip removal machine, slot machine.

3. Important products:

In the afternoon, we visited Yi Tuo Gear Factory. The master in the factory told us about the factory, and then we went into the workshop. Pay attention to safety when you come here. All kinds of lathes and machine tools are rotating at high speed, which is very dangerous. We should be very vigilant. Here, we really came to a gear kingdom. There are all kinds of gears, and you can see all kinds of gears that can only be heard in books but not seen, which makes my understanding of gears more comprehensive and specific.

Three. Visit construction machinery co., ltd.

1, overview

This company is a joint venture between China No.1 Tractor Co., Ltd. and Brilliance China Machinery Holding Company. The company covers an area of 6.5438+400,000 square meters, with a building area of 98,000 square meters. Founded in the 1970s, the company was formerly a heavy-duty military enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, with large production scale and strong technical force. Since its establishment in 1993, the joint venture company has continuously developed cost-effective construction machinery products that meet the national conditions and market demand by virtue of the scientific research capability of military technology.

2. Important products:

There are dozens of models in three series: wheel loader, industrial bulldozer and vibratory roller, among which Dongfanghong T 100 industrial bulldozer was rated as a provincial high-quality product. As a well-known "Dongfanghong" construction machinery product at home and abroad, it sells well in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and is exported to Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australia. 3. Important equipment:

4. Introduction to the seminar:

Fourth, visit the stamping factory.

1, overview:

Flaig Body Co., Ltd. was established in 1956 in February 2006 on the basis of the original stamping factory of China Yi Tuo Group Co., Ltd. Flaig Company inherited the important business of the original stamping factory, and devoted itself to the production and sales of covering parts, structural parts, cabs, fuel tanks and other products of automobiles, agricultural machinery and construction machinery, as well as stamping, welding, painting and machining of general mechanical products. The general production process of wall parts is as follows. Game parts need some processing to meet our design and application requirements. How to add some processing steps to these parts? In each process, we also need to design more reasonable processing steps according to the processing requirements. For example, these thin-walled parts are generally forged by thin film to improve production efficiency and accuracy. Therefore, it is very important to design a good die during cold forging. In the subsequent processing, these thin-walled parts need to be fixed and positioned. In order to achieve higher machining efficiency, we need to design a good fixture. I will analyze the fixture in detail later.

2, workshop equipment and production products:

Material preparation workshop: there are more than 20 shearing machines and rust removal and pickling production lines. It is important to prepare the blank for the next process. Stamping Workshop 1: There are double-acting 630-ton mechanical presses, single-acting 800-ton and 630-ton mechanical presses, which mainly produce various types of cab covers, box-shaped deep-drawn parts and plate stamping parts; Stamping workshop 2: single-acting four-point1000t mechanical press, single-acting single-point 2000t mechanical press, double-acting1300t stretching press and double-acting1000t press. Its products are mainly oversize sheet parts, such as door panels, floors, ceilings, dashboards and other large stamping parts. Welding workshop; 150 ~ 200 kW spot welding machine, rotary spot welding machine, oil tank sealing spot welding machine and other arc welding machines are very important for welding and assembling parts used in various models; Paint shop; Cathode electrophoresis machine, self-propelled reed control machine controlled by single chip microcomputer, assembly process of parts and alloy parts, phosphating treatment of degreasing surface by double process, etc.

1, overview:

The heat treatment plant is a professional factory established on the basis of integrating the heat treatment resources of Yi Tuo Company, which was established on February 26th, 2002. It has many years of supporting production history for tractors, automobiles, construction machinery and power machinery. In the production of heat treatment processes such as carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, induction quenching, tempering, normalizing and annealing, as well as surface oxidation, phosphating and electroplating, a crankshaft quality centering machine with international advanced level has been established. Objective with rich and mature experience in technical management, that overall annual production and proces capacity exceeds 20,000 ton.

2. Equipment and efficacy

Double row furnaces are mainly used for carburizing and quenching. The sponsor material methanol is carburizing agent and acetone is protective gas. Shot peening machine is mainly used to promote the surface compressive stress of parts and improve the surface quality of products; Straightener is mainly used to correct the deformation of parts caused by heat treatment and shot peening.

Preparation process: propane and air → mixing and pressurizing →/kloc-reaction above 0/000℃ → rapid cooling → sending into carburizing furnace as protective atmosphere after the components are qualified.

4, internship summary:

Carburizing improves the surface hardness of workpiece → obtaining hard and brittle martensite.

(1) Fully consider the deformation factor of heat treatment, leaving machining allowance.

(2) Avoid designing sharp corners to avoid deformation during heat treatment.

(3) Try to be symmetrical when designing parts.

(4) The opening should be away from the edge of the part.

(5) Before production, process verification shall be conducted. First, carry out small batch production, test the process and make reasonable corrections to avoid unnecessary losses caused by large batch production.

Six, visit the second foundry

1, overview:

During the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period, the No.1 Iron Casting Plant, which produces iron castings, carried out large-scale technical transformation. The modeling department introduced the static pressure molding line from KW company in Germany, which is the largest iron casting production line in China at present and has the international advanced level in the 1990s. The sand treatment department imported important equipment such as sand mixer, cooler and active moisture control from KN company in Germany. The melting department introduced American coreless frequency conversion induction furnace and used cupola to realize double melting; The core-making department introduced the German cold box core-making machine and installed the domestic furan resin self-hardening sand core-making production line. We have British electronic metallographic microscope, American direct reading spectrometer, German three-coordinate scriber detection instrument, and the design and manufacture of tooling and molds all use CAD/CAE skills. 1999 passed the IS09002 quality system certification. At present, it can produce gray cast iron and nodular cast iron castings of various automobiles and tractors with a single weight of 50-500Kg, and has formed an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons. In addition to the products made in Yi Tuo, China, the four and six cylinders of diesel engines, automobiles and other parts of diesel engines are also matched with several famous domestic automobile manufacturers and diesel engine manufacturers.

2, process flow:

1, overview

The first assembly plant of China No.1 Tractor Co., Ltd. is the largest production base of agricultural crawler tractors in China agricultural machinery industry. The factory was founded in 1956, covering an area of 55,800 square meters and a building area of 36,600 square meters. It is the backbone professional factory of the first tractor factory, which is one of the key projects in the first five-year plan period 156. Since the assembly of the first 54-horsepower crawler tractor in China was completed on July 20th, 1958, the annual production capacity of 25,000 crawler tractors has been formed. After more than 40 years of development, Oriental Red Card tractors and construction machinery have spread all over China, and have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions such as Europe, North America, South America, Africa, East Asia and the Middle East, which have been well received by users. In the past ten years, we have achieved 15 major technical transformation projects, involving cold, heat, painting, assembly and welding, and built a new assembly line, which further improved the level of technology and equipment and production capacity, and enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises' products. Our factory has a complete set of heat treatment equipment, such as flexible machining line of machining center, gas shielded welding, imported heavy-duty vertical broaching machine, multi-axis active vertical lathe, multi-function controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace controlled by microcomputer, bright quenching, numerical control induction heat treatment, gear parts and shaft parts, as well as nearly a thousand modern equipment, such as shell parts, fork parts, shaft parts special production lines and electrostatic coating lines. The newly-built assembly line has high technology content and complete functions. Many new technologies, such as industrial active computer monitoring, online detection, computer monitoring running-in test bench, large screen logistics management, etc., have been adopted. It can realize multi-variety mixed-flow assembly and high-horsepower tractor assembly. The first assembly plant is not only the main engine manufacturer of variant products of crawler tractors and bulldozers of First Tractor Co., Ltd., but also has the ability to improve, develop and sell various variant new products of tractors. CAD, CAPP and computer network information system (ERP) have been widely used in process design, product development and enterprise management. Eight, visit the precision foundry

1, overview

Investment casting is an important mode of production in this factory. The technological process of investment casting is: making mother mold-making pressing-making wax mold-making shell-dewaxing-baking molding-pouring-shelling. Investment casting has accurate size, smooth surface and no parting surface, so there is no need for machining or less machining. Investment casting has many processes and long production cycle. Due to the strength of the shell, the weight of the casting is generally less than 25kg. Suitable for producing small, medium, thin-walled and complex castings of various metals and alloys. It is very important for our factory to combine the knowledge about investment casting learned in class with the production here, from which we should be able to see what should be done in mold design.

2. Production process

The production process basis of investment casting is as follows:

1) mold making, and 2-3 molds are alternately applied to make wax molds.

2) repairing, assembling and trimming the wax pattern, and putting the wax pattern on the wax rod to form the wax pattern.

3) making a template, and repeatedly processing with water glass, quartz sand and ammonium chloride water to form a template of about 8 mm ..

4) Dissolve the wax and soak it in 95℃ hot water to dissolve the wax.

5) The template is burned to 860-950 degrees with a gas stove for 2-3 hours.

6) cooling, cooling to 600 degrees.

7) pouring.

8) Cleaning: shell and rod are respectively cracked by a vibrator, and the castings are cleaned by a roller, sodium hydroxide solvent and shot blasting machine.

9) Heat treatment: normalizing, tempering and other processes.
