September 13 (Tuesday): closed;

Fanchang Library 1959 was established independently, and the new library was completed and put into use in July 20 14. The new museum is located in the east of the city, facing Nanxin Highway in the north, rippling blue waves on the east bank and full of green in Anding Park. Covering an area of 12.5 mu, the main building area is 8600 square meters, with 4 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. It is the most beautiful grass-roots library and national first-class library in China.
