There are high schools in Jiading District: Jiading No.1 Middle School, Jiading No.2 Middle School, Zhongguang High School, Private Yu Ying, Nanxiang Middle School, Anting Middle School, Fengbang Middle School and Shanghai Foreign Language Experimental School.

Shanghai Jiading No.1 Middle School was founded in 1926, and 1958 was named as the first batch of key middle schools in Shanghai. 1985 junior high school was decoupled and the school was transformed into a senior high school. In 2005, it was named the first batch of "Shanghai Experimental Demonstration High Schools".

There are 98 teachers with graduate degree or above, accounting for 64% of the total number of teachers; Teachers with senior titles account for 40%, teachers with intermediate titles account for 50%, and the total number of teachers with intermediate and senior titles accounts for 90%.
