According to the spirit of document 19971February 18. Provincial Party Committee 146 [1998] These regulations are formulated to further improve the rules and regulations of the school printing house and establish a good production order. ?

First, attendance management?

The deputy general manager of the school printing factory is responsible for the attendance management of the whole factory, and the business department has a part-time attendance clerk, who strictly attends attendance every day. The attendance sheet is posted on the wall, and submitted to the industrial department for review together with the salary payment form at the end of each month, and submitted to the personnel department for filing. The deadline for attendance is 26th of each month, and relevant certificates must be attached for absence. ?

Second, ask for leave?

1? Employees who take sick leave due to illness must have a hospital certificate. If the sick leave period includes public holidays and holidays, it shall be calculated as sick leave, and the sick leave salary shall be deducted in real terms, and the free work meal fee shall be deducted from the following month according to the daily 5 yuan. If the sick leave lasts for more than one month (including one month), all internal subsidies for this month and working meals for next month will be stopped. ?

2? Personal leave?

(1) Employees who want to take personal leave should go through the leave formalities in advance. ?

(2) Leave of absence within three days shall be approved by the deputy general manager of the school printing plant, and leave of absence shall be approved by the general manager of the school printing plant for more than three days, and the leave slip together with the attendance sheet shall be submitted to the industrial department at the end of the month. ?

(3) The period of personal leave includes public holidays, and holidays are calculated as personal leave. ?

(4) The salary for personal leave shall be deducted according to the facts, and the free work meal fee shall be deducted from the following month according to the daily 5 yuan. ?

3? Late, early, absenteeism?

Employees who do not work and rest according to the regulations without justifiable reasons are regarded as late and leave early. Being late or leaving early for more than half an hour will be regarded as one day of absenteeism, and one day of absenteeism (including one day) will be fined 200% of my daily salary, and the employment contract will be terminated in two or three days. ?

4? Other?

(1) Maternity leave, marriage leave, funeral leave, etc. The employment of employees should be carried out according to the relevant policies of schools and enterprises. ?

(2) overtime. According to the needs of production tasks, the enterprise leaders make unified scheduling, counting one day every 8 hours. Overtime in the evening exceeds 12 points, which shall be counted as one day and settled monthly. After the approval of the general manager, an overtime sheet will be issued. ?

(3) vacation. Enterprise leaders should arrange vacations in a unified way according to the production situation, and those who don't obey are regarded as giving up their treatment automatically. If employees need to work overtime and take vacations, they must obtain the consent of enterprise leaders in advance, which shall not affect normal production. If it is really impossible to arrange a rest due to the task, it will be settled uniformly before the end of the semester with the approval of the leaders, and the overtime pay will be paid at 10 yuan per day. ?

Third, the factory rules and regulations?

The employees of the school printing factory should consciously abide by the factory rules and regulations, be strict with the system, obey the management and work actively. One of the following circumstances occurs during the employment period, depending on the seriousness of the case, administrative sanctions and economic penalties will be given until dismissal. ?

(1) quarreling and fighting during working hours, which affects the order of production and work. ?

(2) Negligence in work and disobedience to work assignment and scheduling. ?

(3) Take over work, take over work, use working hours or use public equipment and materials to do private affairs without authorization. ?

(4) Violation of operating procedures, resulting in mechanical equipment damage or personal accidents. ?

(5) Dereliction of duty, resulting in quality accidents, affecting the reputation of the enterprise and causing losses. ?

(6) Bad service attitude. After investigation and verification of customer complaints, there is still no improvement after education. ?

(7) other circumstances are not competent for the work, resulting in adverse effects.
