The deputy curator of library research is responsible for: Bibliography Institute, Book Reading Department, Collection Protection and Collection Department, Joint Catalogue and Electronic Literature Department, Data Processing Department, Editorial Committee of Continuous Publications of National Pavilion, Secretariat of National Pavilion Business, IT Executive and Coordinator, and Archives Department of National Pavilion;

Deputy curator of management technology affairs: publishing house, management department, equipment maintenance and operation department, organization development department, library security department, fire fighter and civil defense officer;

The chief financial officer has a budget and finance office;

In addition, the curator also directly leads the editorial department, personnel department, legal advisory group, public relations and development office, independent internal evaluator, public library cooperation coordinator, curator's immigration and overseas Polish consultant, curator's assistant and curator's office.
