As soon as I took office, I realized the importance of re-planning the library and decided to promote the development of our library with reasonable system management. Two, the establishment of library management files, and strive to be complete and clear. Our school library has few original materials and weak basic work. I have carefully studied the contents and indicators of Shanghai primary and secondary school library inspection, carefully divided the evaluation contents, and established the archives of library evaluation materials. In this way, the data accumulated at ordinary times can be put into the file bag in time, and the superior will not be in a hurry to check it, which is convenient for the reference and accumulation of the data and save for a rainy day. Third, materialized library work to better serve teachers, students and teaching. The work of the library is very complicated. In order to establish an orderly working environment, I materialized the main work of the library and designed a register to strengthen management. Four, clean, clean and classify books, so that books before electronic management can be circulated. Clean-up-empty all the bookshelves, prepare for the reasonable shelving of books, make the collection of books more reasonable, and make it easier for teachers to find the books they need. Clean-wipe all the books you can read before with a towel, which is convenient for teachers and students to consult. Classification-divided into four categories: books suitable for reading in class; Books suitable for circulation in class libraries; Books suitable for teachers to consult; Books suitable for low, middle and high school students at noon. Humanistic management, so that teachers and students can experience the "three-hearted service" of sincerity, enthusiasm and love-in the library work, I strive to serve teachers and students wholeheartedly. Usually pay attention to teachers, and be aware when recommending books, each with its own emphasis. Enthusiasm-I never bother to borrow books from my teacher. I first understand the teacher's needs and try my best to help find the books I need. Love-when the books needed by teachers are really hard to find, I adopt: or keep them in mind; Or register for purchase later; Or recommend similar books, and don't let the teacher go home empty-handed if possible. Six, the establishment of school librarians' organizations, the establishment of class book boxes, so that books can be turned around. In order to let students see their favorite books, at the end of 2003, our school set up a small librarian organization and established a meeting system every Monday. Every time I have a meeting, I want to know the borrowing situation of books in each class and guide the class to read in time. In addition, the weekly duty system of small librarians has also added an assistant to me. In the new year, I will work harder to make our library work by going up a flight of stairs.
