Readers must have a library card (card) to borrow books and periodicals. Each card (card) is limited to borrow 10 books (or bound publications), with a borrowing period of 30 days, which can be renewed for 30 days. (Reminder: The borrowing period of books due during the epidemic in COVID-19 will be extended to May 3, 20201. )

When readers borrow books and periodicals, they must check whether there are any damaged or missing pages in person, and declare them in time after finding them; If you don't check the books when you borrow them, and find problems when you return them, the borrower will be responsible.

Books and periodicals should be returned in time after expiration, otherwise they will not be able to borrow books and periodicals.

Books and periodicals borrowed on the same day are not returned on the same day.

Readers should take good care of books and periodicals and are not allowed to write on them. If it is lost, damaged or painted, it will be compensated by two to five times the original price of the book (five to ten times that of your book). If a series of books or more books are damaged, one book counts as a whole set.

You can bring pens and notebooks, personal books, folders, schoolbags and other items into the reading room. Please put them in the locker in the lobby on the first floor.

The reading room is open for reading, one book at a time is limited, and another book can be taken after reading it.

When reading, the reader must use a substitute book board and put it back after reading. It is not allowed to insert randomly.

Books and periodicals in the reading room are strictly forbidden to be taken out of the room, and offenders are punished as stealing books.

Borrowing rooms are equipped with book testing instruments and monitoring equipment. Readers can only take books out of the room after going through the borrowing formalities, otherwise they will be regarded as stealing books and handed over to the relevant departments for handling.

In all service windows, such as the borrowing room and the study room, it is not allowed to talk loudly, laugh and play. Please answer the phone outside. We should consciously obey the management of the staff and create a quiet learning atmosphere.
