Last night, I participated in the seventh storyteller's practice activity organized by Fandeng Reading Club in Yangcun Library. The activity was wonderful and I gained a lot. More importantly, I have met many interesting souls. Thank you, President Huang and Xiaowen, for bringing the reading club to Zhanjiang and enriching the cultural atmosphere of Zhanjiang.

Last night's five storytellers each had their own styles and characteristics. Among them, teacher Chen Huan was very touching when she shared the book "If Give Me Three Days of Light". She shared many examples around her. Teacher Chen Huan is a special educator, who has helped many special students to be admitted to key universities, which is admirable. I hope I can share how to learn English with these children and bring them into the English world one day.

After the activity, the judge Yan Xiaoying commented and shared, and the friends got to know each other. I also got some ideas from your feedback and wrote them down to share with you.

First, the arrival of inspiration opportunities.

At first, I didn't know that storytellers were practicing this, but in early March, I set myself a goal. In April, I wanted to be a storyteller in Fan Deng Book Club, so I began to choose books to prepare. In this process, I plan to prepare the courseware before joining the storyteller with Xiaowen, but I don't know if the law of gravity has been verified. In mid-March, the group sent a message to recruit storytellers and carry out storyteller practice activities, and I signed up.

This makes me feel that if I have the desire to do something, I will carry it out, and the opportunity you want will naturally be attracted to you in the process of implementation.

Second, how to talk about 20 minutes of books

I have been preparing for reading since I signed up. I've read the book "English enlightenment that can't be missed" twice before, and this time it's different. I want to share my output as a storyteller, and I need to control it within 20 minutes.

So, I started thinking:

If I am a book friend, what information and dry goods do I want most from this book?

As a teacher, how should I introduce this book professionally?

With these two questions, I have read this book four or five times repeatedly and extracted two core contents: natural spelling and English picture books. Under these two frameworks, some branches are expanded, and finally some small methods of English enlightenment are shared. When I said this, the timekeeper held up a sign that there were still two minutes left, just to make a summary. It takes 19 minutes and 3 seconds after the end.

I am very satisfied with this, because I was still a little nervous and worried before, and I was not sure whether I could grasp the time well. So in order to ease the tension, I led everyone to sing an English nursery rhyme at the beginning. Looking back now, this sharing process was smooth, logical, interactive, questioning, explaining, controlling the field and improvising. All these abilities are also related to accumulated experience and learning achievements.

So, you don't need to be a good start, but you must be a good start first.

Third, work hard, and you can live as a beam of light.

Throughout the story, everyone left a good impression on my body language, expression and image collocation. Beautiful, elegant, intellectual, temperament, yes, that's what I want to be. When I was a child, I set a goal for myself. When I grew up, I wanted to be a graceful, temperamental, intellectual and elegant woman, so I paid great attention to figure management and image temperament, and I also took the etiquette trainer exam myself.

People around me often tell me that before marriage, they are more beautiful and can dress up. After marriage, their bodies will become deformed and fat, and their skin will not be so good. I don't believe or agree with this statement, because I have met and seen too many excellent, beautiful and rich women, and my family and career are fruitful, so I am also using my own actions to prove that everyone can live as they like.

A book friend shared that it must be my honor and my mission for her to be a woman like me. It inspires and urges me to constantly shape myself, and use actions to influence and help more souls who want to change and improve themselves, so that they can live like a beam of light, ignite themselves and illuminate others.

Fourth, change yourself.

All encounters begin with changing yourself, and persist in changing to your favorite state bit by bit. When you change yourself and become good enough, your circle will change, your life will change, your way of thinking will change, and your life will naturally change.

Changing yourself doesn't need to start from something very important or significant, but it can start from all aspects of life. The important thing is that you are acting and persisting, such as:

keep early hours

Go to work 10 minutes early.

Read a book you like.

Cook a delicious breakfast for your family.

Learn an English sentence every day.

Exercise regularly every week.

Organize your wardrobe regularly every month.

Break up once a quarter.

Conduct self-improvement study once a year.
