Zhongyuan Oilfield Library is open from 8: 00 to 20: 00 every day, located at No.393, Zhongyuan East Road, Puyang City. It was established in 1987 and officially opened in July 1988.

It has a total construction area of 8,503 square meters, a collection of more than 200,000 books, and an annual subscription of 365 Chinese and foreign periodicals and 0/94 newspapers, providing various services such as book borrowing, document retrieval and document resource development for the families of oilfield employees.
