In order to ensure the sustained, stable and healthy development of the library, the library has formulated the Tenth Five-Year Development Plan of Hebei University of Economics and Business, and plans to build a new library with a building area of about 36,000 square meters, 5,000 reading seats and 2.3 million books. For this reason, the library is focusing on the center of "strengthening the image outside and strengthening the quality inside", formulating measures, paying close attention to implementation, strengthening management, improving services, and striving to push the software and hardware construction of the library to a new level, becoming an important base for school personnel training and a window for spiritual civilization construction.
