This standard specifies the quality standards, contents, procedures, quality management and quality control provisions for inspection lot and sub-project acceptance of oil and gas pipeline line engineering. This standard is applicable to the quality acceptance of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, gas pipelines and refined oil pipelines built, rebuilt and expanded on land. This standard does not apply to the construction quality acceptance of process pipelines, oil and gas gathering pipelines, urban gas transmission and distribution pipelines and oil and gas pipelines of industrial enterprises in oil and gas transmission stations. The construction quality acceptance of the reconstruction and overhaul of oil and gas pipelines put into production can be implemented with reference to this standard.
