Booking readers use mobile phones to scan "Qingdao One Code Pass" (location code) and booking code to enter the library. The on-site attendant can check the interface and enter the library after confirming it is valid.

Readers who have not made an appointment, or readers who have made an appointment but have symptoms such as fever (≥37.3℃), cough and shortness of breath, or readers whose "Shandong Electronic Health Code" is yellow and red, who have lived in key epidemic areas at home and abroad and have not passed the 14-day quarantine period, are all refused to enter the library.
