Find "Purchase History"
Open the iTunes Store or App Store, click the "Account" button in the lower right corner, and select "View My Account". On the account information page, find "Purchase History", select the item to be deleted, and click "Report Problem".
Submit a delete request
On the "Report Problem" page, select "I don't need this application" or other related reasons, and just submit. Apple will review your request, and once approved, the project will completely disappear from your purchase.
Matters needing attention
Note that this method is not 100% successful, and the purchase record cannot be restored after being deleted. So, please think twice before you decide to delete it. In addition, if you just want to hide the purchased items, Apple provides an easier way: in the iTunes Store and App Store settings, turn on the "Hide purchased items" option.
Account security
In order to ensure the security of your account, if you want to completely delete the purchase record for security or privacy reasons, please be sure to fully manage the security and privacy settings of your Apple ID account. Changing your password regularly and turning on double authentication can add points to your account security.
