Acceptance criteria: 1. Acceptance personnel: the person in charge of the engineering department, the personnel of the supervision company, the construction personnel of the construction unit and the quality inspectors. Second, the acceptance time: the concealed works should be submitted for inspection one day in advance. Three. Acceptance Procedure for Concealed Works Concealed works must be accepted before the start of the next working procedure, and shall be handled according to the Acceptance Control Procedure for Concealed Works. Specifically, it includes: 1, foundation pit and foundation trench. After the foundation of the building or the trench of the pipeline is excavated according to the design elevation, the project manager requires the supervision unit to organize trench inspection, and the project engineer, supervision engineer, construction unit and survey and design unit require on-site confirmation as soon as possible whether the soil meets the bearing capacity requirements. If further treatment is needed, it can be signed by the designer through the Engineering Contact Sheet. The acceptance record of foundation pit or foundation trench shall be countersigned by the above five parties, and shall be hidden as soon as possible after acceptance to avoid being soaked by rain.
2. Concealed acceptance of foundation backfill The foundation backfill project should be compacted by layers according to the soil or materials required by the design drawings, and according to the requirements of construction and acceptance specifications, the quality supervision station should be invited to take soil to check its compactness, and the compaction coefficient should meet the design requirements. Ensure that the backfill soil does not produce large settlement. 3. Before the concealed acceptance (1) of reinforcement in concrete engineering, check whether there is a certificate of conformity, that is, the specification, model, furnace number, batch number, quantity, production date and manufacturer of reinforcement shall be indicated on the certificate of conformity. At the same time, samples should be taken for physical properties and chemical composition inspection, and qualified samples can enter the site in batches. (2) Check whether the specification, quantity and spacing of steel bar binding meet the requirements of design drawings, and the number of joints and lap length of the same section must meet the requirements of specifications. For the steel bars of welded joints, the welding quality of welders should be inspected first, and then the welding specimens should be sampled according to the requirements of specifications. Unqualified welding specimens should be sampled twice as required to ensure the quality of welded joints is qualified. (3) The reinforced protective layer shall be checked and accepted according to the design requirements. (4) If there is any disqualification in the acceptance, a supervision rectification notice shall be issued, and only after it is completely qualified can it sign the concealed acceptance record. 4. Concealed acceptance of embedded pipes, embedded iron pieces and hydropower pipelines on concrete structures. Waterproof casing, embedded iron pieces, electrical pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, etc. are usually hidden in concrete structures, and should be concealed and accepted before concrete pouring and mold sealing. First, check whether the raw materials have a certificate of approval and witness inspection, and qualified materials are allowed to be used; Then check whether the bushing and iron parts meet the design requirements by increasing material specifications and processing; Thirdly, check whether the specific positions such as elevation and axis are accurate; And check whether its fixing method is reliable, and whether it can ensure no deformation or displacement during concrete pouring. The buried position of hydropower pipeline should be checked whether it is reasonable and can meet the requirements according to the use characteristics. Only after the acceptance is qualified can you sign the concealment acceptance record and agree to concealment. 5. Concealed acceptance of concrete structures and masonry works before decoration; The concealed intermediate acceptance of concrete structure and masonry should be carried out before decorative plastering; All material certificates and concrete pressure test reports shall be checked for concrete structures; On-site strength rebound or drilling sampling pressure test should be carried out; Check whether the surface compactness and structural geometry of concrete meet the design requirements. Masonry should check whether the raw material certificate, mortar mixture ratio, mortar pressure test report and other related materials are complete, and on-site check whether the setting of Rachel reinforcement of seismic structure is appropriate, whether the masonry method and mortar joint meet the design requirements, and whether the axis, position and thickness of masonry meet the requirements of drawings. The main personnel participating in the acceptance are engineers from the Engineering Department, engineers from the Municipal Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, supervision engineers, representatives from design units and construction units. Fill in the Hidden Acceptance Record Form after acceptance and sign it by * * * *. If there are problems in the acceptance, a Notice of Supervision and Rectification will be issued to rectify within a time limit. After the rectification is qualified, the above-mentioned personnel shall be organized for re-inspection, and the concealed construction of decorative plastering can be carried out only after the re-inspection is qualified. In practice, when the project is covered and concealed, the contractor should first conduct self-inspection. After passing the self-inspection, the owner or the site representative stationed by the owner shall be informed in time to check the concealed works, and participate in the operation of the concealed works before the concealed works are concealed. The notice includes the contractor's self-inspection records, hidden contents, inspection time and place. After receiving the notice, the Employer or its on-site representative shall arrive at the concealed site within the required time to check the concealed works. After passing the inspection, the employer or its representative stationed at the site shall sign the inspection record, and the contractor may carry out concealed construction only after passing the inspection. The Employer shall have the right to require the Contractor to improve the engineering conditions within a certain period of time when it finds that the concealed engineering conditions are unqualified. If the conditions of concealed works meet the requirements of the specification, and the Employer or its representative in the site refuses to sign the inspection record after inspection, it can be regarded as the employer's approval in practice, and the contractor can carry out concealed works. If the Employer fails to check the concealed works on schedule after receiving the notice, the Contractor shall urge the Employer to check within a reasonable period of time. Because the employer does not carry out inspection, the contractor cannot carry out concealed construction, so if the contractor notifies the employer to carry out inspection, and the employer fails to carry out inspection in time, the contractor has the right to suspend construction. The contractor may postpone the construction period and require the employer to compensate for the losses caused by shutdown, slowdown and overstock of materials and components. Where the contractor carries out concealed works without notifying the Employer for inspection, the Employer has the right to require the concealed works to be inspected afterwards, and the contractor shall peel off the exposed works as required, and re-conceal them after inspection or repair them. If the concealed works do not meet the requirements after inspection, the contractor shall rework and re-conceal. In this case, check the expenses incurred by concealed works, such as inspection fees, rework fees, materials fees, etc. , shall be borne by the contractor, the contractor shall also bear the liability for breach of contract caused by the delay in the construction period. [1] Note: 1. Water supply and drainage projects will be phased out, because galvanized pipes are easy to rust and scale, and will freeze and crack if they are not insulated. At present, the most widely used are aluminum-plastic composite pipes, plastic steel pipes and PPR pipes. These pipes have good plasticity and toughness, and do not crack and scale when they are kept warm. They use special copper joints or thermoplastic joints to ensure quality and consume less energy. 2. There are two methods for solid wood floor base: one is to brush cold primer on cement floor, lay wooden keel, and finally nail the floor; Another method is to lay a layer of joinery board or rough floor on the keel first, and then nail the floor. The composite floor is easy to install, and there are two ways to do it at the grass-roots level: one is to make a leveling layer first, then lay a PVC cushion, and then lay the composite floor; The other is to lay wooden keel and rough floor on cement leveling layer, and then lay composite floor. 4.
