The main library is located in Guandu Campus, with a construction area of about 20,000 square meters, and has been put into use since 2002. There are circulation libraries (social science library and self-study library), sample book reading room, design library, gift library, donated teaching reference library, reference book reading room, CD reading room, special collection library, newspaper reading room, foreign language reading room, electronic reading room and study room. , with 2039 reading seats.

According to the requirements of the discipline and specialty setting of the school, the library will build a document guarantee system with industry as the main body, distinctive petrochemical characteristics and coordinated development of science and engineering, normal education, economy, management, arts and sciences and law. The existing resources of the library include paper books, newspapers and magazines, e-books and database resources.
