Since the late 1980s, libraries have set a long-term goal for team development and implemented the reform of human resources construction in a planned and step-by-step manner. After more than ten years of unremitting efforts, profound changes have taken place in the staff of the library, and the quality and education level of the staff have been obviously improved.

The library * * * has more than 240 staff, of which the regular staff is stable at around 160. Among the regular employees, master's degree or above accounts for more than 30%, bachelor's degree or above accounts for 70%, and senior professional title accounts for 30%. In order to better accomplish the tasks and construction goals in the future, the library is continuing to strengthen team building, constantly improve the professional ability and level of staff, strive to create a good atmosphere for business research and academic research, create a good environment for the growth and development of United and harmonious talents, and build a staff team with reasonable academic structure, age structure, subject background and professional level, which can meet the requirements of building a world-class university library.
