First, the number of recruits.

Second, the registration qualifications and conditions

5. The age is over 20 (born before April 30th, 1989) and under 28 (born after May 30th, 198 1).

7. Any of the following circumstances shall not be registered:
① On-the-job personnel;

III. Selection Procedures and Methods
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time and place:
The fresh graduates of provincial universities in 2009 registered in their institutions from April 23rd to May 8th, 2009. From April 25th to April 29th, 2009 (9:00- 17:00 every day), the graduates of previous universities in the province and those of previous universities outside the province registered in Changzhi Library.
2. Registration requirements:
① This registration is conducted by centralized registration on site. Candidates fill in their volunteers according to the principle of proximity, and each candidate can only fill in one volunteer. Volunteer to fill in the county (city, district), and the volunteer must be the county (city, district) of this city.
(2) At the time of registration, applicants should hold 2 copies of the original ID card (16k), 2 copies of the original academic certificate (16K) 1 copy, and 3 recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same edition on a red background (fresh college graduates outside the province should hold the school registration certificate issued by their school).
(3) Applicants cannot use both old and new ID cards to register; Registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the examination room.
(4) After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the applicant shall truthfully fill out the Application Form for Selecting and Transferring Outstanding College Graduates from Shanxi Province to Work in Villages (Communities) in duplicate.
⑤ After the registration, the organization department of the municipal party committee will examine the qualifications of the applicants and issue the admission ticket uniformly (the specific time will be notified separately).
6. The applicant shall be responsible for the relevant information and materials submitted. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified, and the counterfeiters and relevant responsible persons will be held accountable.
(2) written examination
Candidates who registered in counties (cities, districts) of our city (including candidates registered in this city and 2009 college graduates registered in provincial colleges and universities) all participated in the written test in this city.
The written test subject is comprehensive knowledge, which mainly tests candidates' administrative ability, basic theoretical knowledge, what they should know and know in the construction of new socialist countryside, and village-level management. Time limit for written test 150 minutes.
The written test will be held in Changzhi in late May (the specific time will be announced separately). After the written test, according to the candidates' written test scores, the interviewers will be determined in each county (city, district) according to the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of applicants 1: 1.5 (the last candidate with the same written test score can enter the interview at the same time).
(3) adjustment
After the written examination, if the number of selected counties (cities, districts) is less than 1: 1.5, they can be adjusted. The specific adjustment methods are as follows: ① The Municipal Employment Office announces the vacant counties (cities, districts) and places; ② Candidates who have not entered the interview in the original county (city, district) can re-select a vacant county (city, district) to voluntarily register for transfer; (3) According to the re-reported written test results of volunteer candidates, the municipal employment office will determine the replacement places from high score to low score in order to supplement the vacant counties (cities, districts) until the end.
(4) Interview
The interview focuses on testing the basic qualities of candidates, such as psychological quality, comprehensive analysis, macro-decision-making, logical thinking, improvisation, language organization and expression ability. After the interview, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated based on the written test and interview results. The weight ratio of written test and interview is 40% and 60% (calculation formula: comprehensive score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%). If the comprehensive score has decimals, two decimal places shall be retained after rounding. Candidates' comprehensive scores are sorted from high to low (if the comprehensive scores are the same, they are sorted by interview scores), and the candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
(5) Investigation
The contents of the investigation include political thought, moral quality, law-abiding and professional ability. The fresh graduates of provincial universities in 2009 were inspected by the party committees of their universities. Candidates who register in our city are organized by the county (city, district) organization department for inspection. If there is a vacancy in the position due to unqualified inspection or voluntary abandonment of candidates, it will be filled equally from high to low according to the comprehensive score. If the comprehensive scores of the same post are the same, they will be replenished according to the interview results from high to low.
(6) Publicity and physical examination
After the inspection, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee will publicize the list of persons to be hired in the news media for 7 working days. At the same time, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee organized a unified physical examination.
(7) Discussion and decision
City hiring outstanding college graduates to the village (community) work leading group according to the examination results, inspection and physical examination to determine the list of candidates, and report to the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department for approval.
(8) Training
The organization department of the county (city, district) Committee conducts centralized pre-job training for college graduates and village cadres.
(9) Employment and treatment
1, according to the candidates' test scores, investigation, personal specialties, volunteers and the professional requirements of rural grassroots for college graduates, and according to the principle of arranging candidates' origin nearby, the organization departments of counties (cities, districts) committees will determine the hiring personnel and specific work places.
2, hire personnel by the county (city, district) above the personnel department of the government personnel exchange service agencies to implement personnel agency (agency fee). According to the current financial system, the salaries, allowances, subsidies, insurance and housing accumulation funds of college graduates and village cadres are implemented according to the on-the-job management personnel policy of local full-scale institutions and included in the county-level financial budget to ensure normal promotion and timely payment. 3 before taking office, the county (city, district) and the relevant townships and towns signed employment contracts with the selected personnel. The contract term is generally 3 years (no probation period). After the expiration, the contract can be renewed according to the needs of the work and my wishes. If it is necessary to terminate the contract due to reasons such as joining the army, enrolling in school, taking an examination of civil servants, being employed by public institutions, etc., it shall be reported to the organization department of the county (city, district) Committee for approval. Upon the expiration of the contract, those who pass the examination can renew the employment contract with the same treatment. No longer continue to work in the village (community), choose their own jobs.
