Book renewal procedures must be completed before the book return date. The renewal period is 30 days. The renewal date is calculated from the renewal time.

The Hunan Provincial Library will be moderately and orderly opened, with no more than 3,000 readers entering the library every day and no more than 1500 people in real time, and the advanced library will go first.
