Book format concept

Format refers to the size of a book. The size of the whole book is expressed by the number of sheets cut on the whole paper. Cut a whole piece of paper into 16 small pages with the same width, called 16 pages, cut into 32 small pages called 32 pages, and so on.

Because the specifications of the whole base paper are different, the sizes of the small pages cut out are also different. Cut 787 mm× 1092 mm paper into 16 pages, which are called small 16 pages or 16 pages. Cut 850 mm× 1 168 mm paper into 16 pages called 16 pages. And so on.
