Readers with citizen cards, ID cards or library cards of Hangzhou Public Library (including subordinate districts, counties and cities) can enjoy this service.
The number of books that can be borrowed and the borrowing period of "reading" service are the same as those of Hangzhou Library. /kloc-readers below 0/8 can only borrow children's books.

How to borrow books?
Readers can choose books on the spot, download the "Du Yue" APP, check the availability of books in bookstores participating in Du Yue service, and then go through the book borrowing formalities at the bookstore service counter with valid borrowing documents, so as to enjoy the literature borrowing service.
How many books can I borrow at a time?
The price of the literature list borrowed by "Reading Fun" service must be ≤ 150 RMB.
Reference books, reference books, lesson plans, teaching materials and textbooks, and auxiliary workbooks; Standards and product catalogues; Multi-volume books, sets of books, gift books, pop-up book; Books that are not suitable for second borrowing, such as calligraphy, origami, coloring, cards, wall charts, beads, handwork, stickers, etc. Books and cultural products such as calendars, stationery and notebooks; Magazines and periodicals; Audio-visual products do not belong to the borrowing scope of "reading" service.
No more than 36 books are used by each reader (controlled every year).
How to return the book?
Books borrowed in the "reading and reading" service must be returned to the service desks of the Literature Lending Center of Hangzhou Library (J Building, Citizen Center, No.58 Jiefang East Road), Life Theme Branch (No.254 Huansha Road) and Hangzhou Children's Library (No.75 Shuguang Road).
