Under the guidance of target teaching and six-element teaching method, according to the requirements of the new curriculum for disciplines, all disciplines carry out research courses in schools, give full play to the role of experienced old teachers, carry forward the spirit of young teachers who dare to take risks, make plans and arrangements for teachers and teaching topics, and determine research objectives through various forms.

3. Actively participate in the city and district teaching and research activities, and solidly carry out school-based teaching and research activities. According to the arrangement of the district education research and development center, teaching and research activities of various disciplines are set up every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon. In addition to participating in the teaching and research activities organized by the district, the school-based teaching and research activities this semester mainly focus on collective lesson preparation and discussion. We should conscientiously do a good job in collective lesson preparation, so as to be targeted, planned, recorded and effective; Effectively carry out on-campus discussion activities and class evaluation, so as to make the process relaxed, the atmosphere warm, the style pragmatic, direct and effective.

4. Do every lesson in a down-to-earth manner. Teachers should make every class planned, targeted and prepared, and make teaching plans or teaching demonstrations that meet the requirements of teaching conventions.

5. Continue reading activities. On the premise of ensuring the teaching quality, teachers in all disciplines explore new ways to reduce students' learning burden. On the existing basis, through the interaction among school libraries, teachers and students' families, we can recommend good books to students, let students express their reading experience, let students love reading and read more, and promote their development through reading.
