Beijing, 28 May (Reporter Lu Xianru) The biography of Lei Zhen Haitian-Huang Weilu, an expert in missile general and control technology, reflecting the life story of Academician Huang Weilu, the father of two bombs and one satellite in China, was held in Beijing a few days ago. The title of this book is taken from the inscription made by Zhang Aiping, one of the leaders of China's modern national defense science and technology construction, for Huang Weilu. It was compiled by Aerospace Institute of China and published by Aerospace Publishing House. CPPCC, former vice president of China Academy of Engineering.

Huang Weilu is a scientist who won the medal of "Two Bombs and One Satellite" in China, an academician of China Academy of Sciences and International Academy of Astronautics, and once served as the chief designer of the first generation of solid submarine missiles and solid ballistic missiles in China. 1947 returned to China after obtaining a master's degree in radio department of University of London, and began to participate in the development of domestic missiles in the 1950s. He presided over the breakthrough of imitation and self-design of liquid missiles in China, successfully developed China's first solid submarine strategic missile, and put forward the idea of "one missile can be used for two purposes". He also presided over the successful development of the land-based mobile solid strategic missile system, which made important contributions to China's missile and space industry and won the national special prize for scientific and technological progress.

The four "* * * principles" put forward and practiced by Huang Weilu (problems * * * should be studied together, difficulties * * * should be overcome together, margins * * * should be mastered together, and risks * * * should be shared together) are valuable experiences in aerospace system engineering.
