The National School of Administration is open to the outside world and undertakes the task of training foreign civil servants. Former French President Jacques Chirac, former Japanese Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto, former European Union Presidents Santer, Barroso, former US Secretary of Defense William Cohen and other foreign heads of state or government officials have all come here to give lectures. The National School of Administration attaches great importance to strengthening its own construction and strives to improve its comprehensive school-running ability and level.
