Development history of chinese mathematical society
Chinese mathematical society was established in Shanghai on July 1935. The inaugural meeting was held in the library of Shanghai Jiaotong University on July 25th, with 33 participants. When the Mathematical Society was founded, its organizational structure consisted of the board of directors, the board of directors and the Council, with members including Hu Dunfu, Feng Zuxun, Zhou Meiquan, Jiang Lifu, Xiong Qinglai, Chen, Su, Qian Baozong and Fu. The academic journal Journal of Chinese Mathematical Society and the popular journal Journal of Mathematics were founded, which were renamed Journal of Mathematics and Bulletin of Mathematics on 1952 and 1953 respectively.

After the establishment of chinese mathematical society, its meeting place was located at No.533 Abbott Road (now South Shaanxi Road), Shanghai, China Science Society. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), chinese mathematical society's meeting place was located in the Institute of Mathematics of China Academy of Sciences. Chinese mathematical society held its first, second and third sessions in Beijing 195 1 in August, Shanghai 1960 in February, Chengdu 1978+0 1 in June and Wuhan 1983 in June. Hua was re-elected as the first three directors. At the Fourth National Congress, Hua, Su, Wu Daren and Ke Zhao were elected honorary directors. The fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth directors are Wu Wenjun, Wang Yuan, Yang Le, Zhang Gongqing and Ma Zhiming respectively.

Chinese mathematical society held its 50th Anniversary Annual Meeting in February 1985. Zhou Peiyuan and Zhou attended and spoke, and famous foreign mathematicians such as Chen Shengshen and Katan were invited to attend. 1In May 1995, the 7th Congress and 60th Annual Meeting of chinese mathematical society was held in Beijing, attended by Zhu Guangya and Lu Yongxiang, and invited by Chen Shengshen and Qiu Chengtong to give academic reports. The main content of the biennial conference is academic exchange.
