The main technical index of household electric washing machine-washing performance includes four aspects:

Cleaning performance of 1: the cleaning ratio of pulsator washing machine is not less than 0.8. The washing ratio is the washing ratio of the tested washing machine and the reference machine-the standard washing machine.

The washing rate of the tested washing machine is the percentage of the difference between the reflectivity of the contaminated cloth after washing and the reflectivity before washing relative to the difference between the reflectivity of the original cloth for testing and the reflectivity of the contaminated cloth before washing.

Fabric wear rate: pulsator washing machine shall not exceed 0.20%.

Wear rate is the percentage of the weight of fluff residue obtained by filtration after washing to the weight of rated load cloth for washing.

3 Rinsing performance: the rinsing ratio should be greater than 1.

The rinsing ratio is the ratio of the difference between the conductivity of the rinsing stock solution and the conductivity of the liquid after rinsing and the difference between the conductivity of the washing stock solution and the conductivity of tap water multiplied by the rinsing coefficient of 0.9.

The preparation of the stock solution and the liquid after rinsing and the determination of the corresponding conductivity are all carried out in accordance with the national standard GB/T4288 1992 "Household Electric Washing Machine".

Dehydration performance: the dehydration rate of ordinary and semi-automatic pulsator washing machines should be greater than 50%, and that of automatic washing machines should be greater than 45%.

The dehydration rate is the percentage of the rated dehydration capacity of the washing machine to the weight of the clothes after dehydration.

The process of checking an ordinary pulsator washing machine can be summarized into five steps:

1 Appearance inspection: check whether the surface of the box body is stripped of paint, bruised, scratched or dented, and the electroplated part should be smooth, delicate and free of rust; Plastic parts should be smooth without cracks, deformation and aging. The shape of the washing barrel is complete, and the barrel wall is smooth and crack-free.

The knobs, keys and pull rods on the control panel should be easy to operate, firmly installed and have correct functions. Open the upper cover and check the gap between the outer edge of the pulsator and the groove of the pulsator in the washing tub with a 2 cent coin. A 2-cent coin can be placed in the gap and slid around the edge. The gap should be even, and the fixing screw of the impeller should not be loose. Turn back and forth by hand, and be flexible and sound-free.

2 Inspection of the dewatering barrel of the double-barrel washing machine: Turn on the power supply, close the cover of the dewatering barrel, turn the dewatering timer clockwise by one position, you should hear the sound of the high-speed rotation of the dewatering barrel, then open the cover of the dewatering barrel for a certain distance, and the dewatering barrel should stop running within a few seconds.

Power on the washing machine: after adding water, the speed of the pulsator should not be slowed down, and the clothes in the bucket roll with the rotation of the pulsator. After a period of washing, the clothes are clean and work normally.

Water leakage inspection: Water leakage is the fatal flaw of washing machine. You can't choose any leaking washing machine. During inspection, firstly, water is injected into the washing bucket and dewatering bucket to see if there is water leakage under the two buckets. Then put the drain pipe on the ground and turn off the drain switch. At this time, if there is still water flowing out of the drain pipe, it can be judged that the washing bucket is leaking.

Check the water leakage of the dehydration barrel, only inject water into the washing barrel, and do not inject water into the dehydration barrel. Turn on the drain switch to drain the water from the washing tub. Check the dewatering barrel. If there is water overflowing in the bucket, it means that the dehydration bucket is leaking.

5. Inspection of water intake and drainage functions: For the double-barrel washing machine with spraying and rinsing functions, tap water should be turned on first, and the water injection changeover lever should be turned to one side of the washing barrel, at which time the water should enter the washing barrel. When the water injection changeover lever is turned to spray rinsing, tap water enters the spray pipe through the inner cover of the dehydration barrel. When something goes wrong, tap water can't completely flow into the washing tub or dewatering tub of the washing machine, or it may flow into the washing tub and dewatering tub at the same time, and the lever loses its control function.

When checking the drainage function, turn the drainage knob. Generally, a bucket of water should be drained within 2 minutes.

For the semi-automatic program-controlled washing machine, in addition to checking according to the above steps, in the case of no water supply, you can first turn on the power supply, turn the pointer of the program controller clockwise to the washing or rinsing program, and start the switch of the program controller. At this time, you should be able to hear the hum of the inlet solenoid valve. At this time, you should be able to feel the vibration by touching the water inlet joint with your hand. Turn off the program controller, then turn the program controller clockwise to the drainage program and start the program controller. If you hear a loud bang of the drainage solenoid valve, it means that the power input line and solenoid valve of the washing machine are in good condition.

For the automatic washing machine, it can be inspected according to the self-calibration function inspection method given in the product manual, and finally it can be inspected through water supply and power supply.

Brief introduction of drum automatic washing machine

The above-mentioned pulsator washing machine has high wear rate on clothes and cannot wash high-grade clothes and light fabrics. In recent years, drum automatic washing machine can wash high-grade clothes such as wool, woolen cloth, flax and silk, and also wash thick fabrics such as duck down quilt, blanket and cotton coat. The washing machine has a capacity of 5kg and the wear rate is less than 0.2%.

The drum washing machine adopts the integral lifting mechanism of the inner barrel. A rotatable inner barrel is horizontally installed in the horizontal box, and the wall of the barrel is provided with many small holes and several protruding ribs for stirring and driving clothes. There is a circular washing door made of impact-resistant reinforced glass outside the box, through which clothes are put in and taken out. This washing machine is driven by two-speed and three-speed motors, the washing speed is 56 revolutions per minute, the dehydration speed is 400-500 revolutions per minute, and some of them reach 800 revolutions, so the dehydration rate is high. There is also a heating function. By adjusting the stepless switch, the washing water temperature can be controlled from normal temperature to 60℃, thus improving the washing speed. For drum washing machines with strong general functions, the washing program is set to Class III 18. These three categories are cotton and linen fabrics, chemical fiber blended fabrics and wool and silk. The first two categories have 7 gears each, and the third category has 4 gears. When washing clothes, open the washing door, put the clothes into the drum, add detergent, select the washing program, pull out the knob of the program controller and start washing clothes. At this time, the motor drives the drum to rotate back and forth, and the clothes rotate with the drum because of the ribs on the inner wall of the drum. When the clothes turn to the upper wall of the bucket, they will automatically fall down and fall under the drum to collide with the washing liquid. In this way, between clothes, between clothes and bucket walls, clothes will be cleaned by their own gravity. This washing method will not make the clothes roll and twist, nor will it cause excessive wear due to the intense friction between the pulsator and the clothes caused by high-speed rotation.

When buying a drum washing machine, you should check it in three steps:

1 Appearance: Open the packing box and check the box and appearance. The surface of the box body is smooth and delicate, with uniform color, without obvious peeling, exposed bottom, foaming, bumping and scratching, no open welding at the welding place, and no loose fasteners. Open the front door of the washing machine, and the glass observation hole of the front door should be smooth and transparent, without cracks and bubbles. Take out the accessories in the machine and turn the stainless steel inner cylinder by hand, which should be flexible and sound-free. The detergent drawer in the upper part of the cylinder should be easy to pull, without resistance, scars and cracks on the surface.

2 buttons for each switch: check the buttons such as power switch, energy-saving switch and unheated switch installed on the front operation panel of the washing machine. The pressing and lifting of keys should be convenient and flexible, and there should be no phenomenon that they cannot be pressed or do not rebound after being pressed. Close the door of the washing machine, hold the handle of the door switch and press the black button with your thumb. When the door switch is lifted back to its original position, you should hear the "click" sound of the door switch. Turn the knob of the program controller clockwise for one turn, which should be easy and flexible. After the above items are normal, you can start debugging.

3 Debugging: Before debugging, the random accessories in the inner cylinder of the washing machine should be taken out, the washing machine should be placed stably, and no-load debugging should be carried out first. Turn the knob of the program controller to the program "1", start the power switch, the indicator light will be on, and the water inlet solenoid valve of the washing machine will work. At this time, the plastic water inlets of the water inlet solenoid valves installed at the rear and upper parts of the washing machine will vibrate, indicating that the water inlet system is working normally. Then turn the knob of the program controller to program "6", start the power supply, the drainage pump works, the washing machine makes a buzzing sound, the inner cylinder of the washing machine keeps rotating forward and backward, and then the inner cylinder rotates unidirectionally at high speed, and the washing machine enters the dehydration program, indicating that the drainage, washing and dehydration systems work normally. Finally, enter the water for debugging. Connect the vamp, sewer and power supply according to the instructions, turn the knob of the program controller to the program "1", start the power switch, the indicator light will light up, and the washing machine will automatically feed water. After the water enters, the washing inner cylinder runs forward and backward, and the washing machine automatically enters the washing program. Then turn off the power supply, turn the knob of the program controller to the program "start switch", and the washing machine will drain water. After all the washing liquid is drained, the washing machine will automatically enter the dehydration program. There should be no malfunction, abnormal sound and water leakage in the washing machine during trial operation.

Settle down smoothly after purchase, read the instructions in detail, install the nozzle according to the instructions, and operate according to the specified requirements. In case of failure, check one by one according to the following procedures.

The washing machine cannot be started: check whether the power supply is normal and whether the power plug and socket are in good contact; Whether the glass door is closed; Whether the knob of the program controller is pulled out.

The washing machine can't get water: check whether the water inlet pipe is connected properly; Whether the faucet is unscrewed; Whether the water inlet pipe is bent.

The washing machine vibrates greatly when working: check whether all three handling shockproof bolts on the back of the washing machine are removed; Whether the washing machine is flat.

If it still can't be used normally after the above inspection, you should contact the maintenance department and ask a professional to repair it.

When using drum automatic washing machine, you should pay attention to check whether it meets the installation specifications before putting it into use. Before putting the clothes in, the pockets should be hollowed out and turned over, and the zipper should be zipped up. Large clothes should be distributed loosely. When choosing a detergent, we should pay attention to choosing a low-foaming detergent. If the washing machine is not used for a long time, unplug the power plug from the power socket, unplug the water pipe from the tap water pipe, leave the glass door unlocked and leave a ventilation gap.

The annual output of washing machines in the world is about 50 million, with drum type accounting for 50%, pulsator type and agitator type accounting for 25% respectively. Household washing machines are mainly pulsators, followed by drums. Most of the hybrids are imported American brands. The vertical shaft and stirring blades of the stirring washing barrel are used as power to drive the clothes to swing back and forth less than 360 degrees, and the bottom of the barrel does not rotate at high speed. This washing method has low loss rate of clothes, no entanglement and even washing. Drum type is characterized by low clothing loss rate, water saving, power consumption and high price. The pulsator has the advantages of high clothing loss rate, high winding cleanliness, electricity saving, water saving and low price.
