Qinghai Normal University, referred to as "Qinghai Normal University", is located in Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province. Founded in 1956, formerly known as Qinghai Normal University. 1958 was upgraded to Qinghai Normal University, and 1984 was renamed Qinghai Normal University.
