Building conditions: floor area1318m2, building area1553m2. The main building is a six-story building built by 1987, and the rest are old cinemas built in the 1950s.

Collection: There are 220,000 books, including more than 358 ancient books/KLOC-0 and more than 5,000 rare local documents. The city library also collects condensed copies of Ta Kung Pao, Republic Daily, Morning Post and People's Daily before liberation.
