Throughout the Ming dynasty, not to mention ordinary scholars, even senior officials, did not have the opportunity to contact and read Yongle Dadian, which became a personal imperial article of feudal emperors. The Yongle Grand Ceremony, hidden in the Forbidden Palace, is rarely mentioned in the history books of the Ming Dynasty, and even if it is recorded, it is only a few words! With the passage of time, the Yongle ceremony seems to have gradually disappeared from people's field of vision.
During the reign of Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, officials such as Xu and others pushed open the gate of the Royal Historical Forest in Wang Hongbin Street. Surprisingly, the Yongle Grand Ceremony, which disappeared for hundreds of years from the late Ming Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty, lay quietly in these golden tombs. The Qing government's custody of Yongle Grand Ceremony was also much worse than before. Since then, Yongle Grand Ceremony has been shelved and nobody cares! Some officials also began to steal. According to records, during Guangxu period, an academician read alone and stole more than 65,438+000 copies of Yongle Dadian. After Wen died, these books were sold to foreigners or antique dealers by later generations! In this way, "Yongle Dadian" lost a lot!
