The staff activity center, cultural center and library in Guyuan, known as the "Three Libraries", have traditional paper literature resources of10.3 million copies and digital books of 20 TB (more than 200,000 copies), covering 22 categories such as politics, economy, culture, history, philosophy and science and technology. There are fixed reading seats 1 1,000, and the weekly opening hours are more than 56 hours.
