Management difficulties. The library of Qingdao Agricultural University is difficult to manage because of the mode of one school, multiple libraries and central library. This model has brought some problems such as unreasonable resource allocation, unbalanced management of personnel and business departments, the principle of readers' proximity and personal preference in choosing libraries, which has led to overcrowding in some libraries.
