The library of North Campus is the central library, which consists of six departments: comprehensive management department, document resources construction department, circulation department, reading department, information consulting department and technology department, and is responsible for the editing, processing, borrowing, reading, computer system maintenance, foreign service and data resources development, administrative coordination and logistics support of all kinds of documents.

3. Each department of the school also has a 16 reference room, which accepts the unified leadership of the library in business and forms a literature service network of the school.

4. The library of Xinjiang University of Finance is rich in books and complete in categories. By the end of 20 1 1, the total collection of literature has reached1360,000, including 980,000 paper books and 380,000 electronic books. The annual literature purchase cost is about 2.5 million yuan, more than 40,000 new books and nearly 1500 kinds of Chinese and foreign newspapers and periodicals. The collection of books covers almost all disciplines, especially economics, management and other disciplines. All collections are classified as collections according to China Book Classification and put on shelves.
