First, live-in students
Students studying in the International Department are not allowed to leave school in principle during the study period from Monday to Friday.
In the meantime, if you really have something to go out, you must show your class teacher's temporary pass, which is valid once. If there are no special circumstances, you must go back to school to attend evening self-study. When students return to school, the doorman should collect temporary entry and exit documents and record the time when students arrive at school.
If you need to go out on weekends, you must show your class teacher's temporary entry and exit certificate.
Second, day students
Students in the international department can use the school bus to pick them up if they apply.
Students who are picked up by the school bus must abide by the relevant regulations on taking the school bus.
Students from the International Department who are late because of missing the train can enter the school only after being confirmed by the doorman and the head teacher of the International Department.
Students who are late because they can't catch the train need the certificate of the head teacher of the international department to leave school.
Self-taught students must hold a stamped student ID card issued by the International Department, which must have a recent photo of the student and the time of entering and leaving the school.
Third, tourists.
During the one-week study period, in principle, outsiders are not allowed to enter the school to visit the students of the International Department.
If the parents or guardians of the students come to visit the students, the students must inform the class teacher in advance. You can enter the dormitory at noon or after school in the afternoon and fill in the visitor list.
In case of special circumstances, the guards should contact the teachers of the International Department, and only after approval can they be released, and fill in the visitor form.
