The characters in the Water Margin written by Zhong Shu are completely different from those in ancient and modern times. I used to talk to Zhong Shu about landscape painting in the army. I often said: Song paintings are handsome and imposing, Yuan paintings are light and elegant, and Ming and Qing paintings are beautiful and interesting. Lai heroes give their lives, people with lofty ideals save the world, the flag is stained with blood, and the soul casts a monument to create a peaceful and prosperous future, so that we can be teachers all our lives. There are differences between ancient and modern China and the West, and contests are everywhere. We should call on our colleagues to strengthen their bones and muscles, supervise their wisdom, and work together with Qi Xin to sweep away the haze and create brilliance.

When I was three years old, I heard about Song Wuhua Monk and Black Cyclone. When I was five years old, I went to the theatre with my grandparents, including Going to Liangshan on a Snowy Night, Three Bowls Not Over the Post, and Pulling Out the Willows. Then, after reading and painting books with me for countless years, I learned more, and Gao Qiu Ximenqian and others also appeared. Heroes have opponents, Song Wu vs, Kansai, Luda Town, who passed the regulations on cattle; Not only for people but also for things, killing tigers, pulling willows and stealing chickens. Men are the glory of the world, save heroes, and brave people are brilliant, unique and settle down. If the opponent is not good, he will do what he likes, and the villain will gain the upper hand, forgetting justice at the expense of profit, being dishonest and confused.
The Water Margin is a wonderful book and a classic. Everything depends on people. Faithfulness is the best, truth is true. Selfish, unrestrained. Self-respect and self-love. Conceit. Be forced to do nothing. Look for trouble. Draw a sword to help. A string of wine, drunk, full of temperament, born. Heroes drink this with great pride, and villains plot evil. For more than 30 years, there are countless drawings with the water margin. After 70, 80, 90, the new century. After listening, watching, drawing, drawing and writing, there are more than 30 stories about the water margin, which can be called a volume. It's not easy to draft at first, and it's hard to dare to move at first, because I don't know much about this canon, and I don't know enough about it. Fortunately, I have mentors and friends, as well as fellow nobles to help me, so I dare to wave. Finally, I will meet someone, laugh and scold, and do my best.
The water margin is boundless, fascinating, unfathomable, unpredictable and mysterious. It's easy to understand, all-encompassing, and everything is available. There are many masters of painting throughout the ages, such as Chen Hongshou, Du Jin, Guan Liang and Han Yu. I tried the pen and the ink room. My hometown is in Shandong, which started as a child. After I joined the army in Beijing, I went to school. Mr. Liu Zhanjiang enlightened me and Mr. Liu taught me. The exhibition of Chinese Painting Research Institute (1990), attended by President Liu Boshu, and the holding of a fixed exhibition showed that the capital was moving. In the late 1990s, I created, recognized, selected and positioned the Water Margin series. Two gentlemen, Tian Liming Youzenglu and the three of us are talking about Su Ce. The scene at that time seemed to be yesterday. For more than ten years, I visited famous teachers, met old friends, collected information, set foot in Liangshan and walked in Shui Bo. Fortunately, Jia Youfu's words "Truth leads the way" have been summed up into one sentence, which leads to a wonderful road.
