There must be few power outlets in the library. You can grab seats from them the next day. Don't try to pull it from other people's homes. The library won't let you do that. It's best if you don't need a computer, and reading paper books is also good. Many people with computers in the library occupy their seats to watch movies, which makes me very depressed.
