At the launching ceremony, Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Publishing House presented newspaper stands, Inner Mongolia Science and Technology News and Mongolian Science Surroundings to the "Science Popularization Demonstration Community" in Hohhot 12 autonomous region. 240 community families received the first Inner Mongolia Science and Technology News and the first short message from the popular science information platform.
In 20 13, the project of "Popular Science Newspapers Entering Communities" will give newsstands to 30 popular science demonstration communities in the autonomous region, equipped with 20 copies of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology News and 2 copies of Mongolian popular science magazines, and put them in community activity rooms or libraries for community residents to read. At the same time, the annual issue of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology News will be presented to 20 families in each community, and the knowledge of scientific life will be sent to readers free of charge through the popular science information platform.
Through the project of "Popular Science Newspapers Entering the Community", the community will become the key contact unit of science and technology newspapers in Inner Mongolia. Newspapers and periodicals will send special personnel to communicate with the community and interview and report typical events and figures in the process of community science popularization activities. Residents who are enthusiastic about community science popularization can not only receive Inner Mongolia Science and Technology News for free, but also interact with editors through the popular science short message platform to enjoy life science knowledge. During the implementation of the project, Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Publishing House will cooperate with the League City, Qixian Association for Science and Technology and the community, coordinate the participation of social resources, and carry out various forms of popular science activities one after another to increase the cultural atmosphere of the community, improve the scientific quality of residents and promote the construction of popular science in the community.
