The depot manages the freight and other business of the station, governs the passenger transport plan and income of all stations and stations within its jurisdiction, and supervises the train operation. Ensure the normal operation of passenger and freight transportation, direct the operation of trains and locomotives, and ensure the normal recovery of operating income. Ordinary special stations, first-class stations directly under the Railway Bureau, and locomotive depots at the same level; Level 2 and below are under the jurisdiction of the depot. Generally, the depot is equipped with security department, technical department, transportation dispatching department, marketing department, employee education department, general affairs department, labor and personnel department, finance department, administrative office, and party-mass work office.
The responsibilities of the depot are: 1. For the conductor, attendant and dispatcher, they are responsible for the command of train operation, including signal control, train guidance and dispatching.
2. Freight forwarders, shunting assistants, shunting supervisors, connectors and mobilization. Their work is mainly responsible for the freight organization of the station.
3. Passengers: engaged in the organization of passenger transportation at the station. Including ticket sales, ticket checking, organizing passengers to enter and leave the station, and helping passengers to consult questions.
4. Bellman: Responsible for the baggage consignment on the passenger train baggage car.
Attendant: Responsible for the train attendant.
