Alarm: Click the "Alarm" function button on the terminal homepage interface, then enter the ID number according to the prompt, click Next, enter a valid contact number, select the alarm type and confirm, the system will prompt that the alarm is successful, obtain the case inquiry code and ask the alarm receiving unit for an alarm receipt.
Query: Click the "Query" function button on the terminal homepage interface, enter the ID number according to the prompt, click Next, and the system will display the last five alarm records, then enter the query number, and the system will display the query results.
Complaints: If you have any complaints about the handling of the case, you can click "Complaints" on the interface of the terminal host, enter the ID number according to the prompt, and then enter the inquiry number from the page to evaluate the work.
Job Evaluation: Click the "Job Evaluation" function on the system homepage interface, enter the ID number according to the system prompt, click Next, select satisfaction and confirm the evaluation. Click on the complaint category and confirm that the complaint information was sent successfully.
