Convention for civilized readers
In order to encourage readers to use the library in a civilized way, according to the initiative of striving for civilized readers put forward by the National Library during the 1999 reader service publicity week, the specific contents are as follows:

Dress neatly; Don't wear vest or slippers to enter the library.

Pay attention to hygiene; No spitting or littering.

Civilized manners; Don't quarrel or fight in the museum.

Keep quiet; Please do not make noise or use audio communication tools in the reading room.

Cherish time; Don't occupy a seat, chat or sleep in the reading room.

Take care of public property; Do not defile building facilities, do not destroy books and periodicals.

Law-abiding; Don't do anything against the rules of the museum.

Self-respect and self-love; Don't do anything that interferes with your character and vision.
