② Boyata: It is the "One Tower" in the "One Tower Lake Map". No matter which season you visit, the "Lake Light Tower Shadow" is very eye-catching. However, Boya Tower can't be climbed, so you can only look up at its majestic posture under the tower.
③ Unnamed Lake: The sparkling lake in the distance of Boya Tower is the Unnamed Lake, which belonged to Shuchun Garden in Shenyang in Qing Dynasty, and was later assigned to yenching university and named by Professor Qian Mu.
Highlight: The stone tablet with the words "Unnamed Lake" stands by the lake and becomes a popular punching place. In the southwest of the lake, there is a stone fish with a turning tail, which was originally an ornament in the center of the fountain in front of the west building of Yuanmingyuan, and has also become a scene in the unnamed lake.
④ West Gate: the only east-west university gate in China-Peking University West Gate. The west gate was built by Peking University alumni on 1926, with Yuquan Mountain Ancient Pagoda as the end point in the east. Contrary to the tradition of Beijing's architecture facing south, its style is simple, solemn and elegant, similar to the East Palace Gate of the Summer Palace, with a strong national style, and it was the only main entrance of the university facing west in Beijing at that time.
This school gate, after more than 90 years of wind, frost, rain and snow, witnessed the magnificent epic of the country's take-off.
