There are many mantras, such as The Great Compassion Mantra, The Buddha's Heart-Tight Mantra, and so on. You can choose continuous mantras.

What I think every day: Amitabha in Nanwu (Nanwu)

The key to physical and mental relaxation is to relax. If you have an idea, you will die if you don't follow it. Don't suppress your thoughts or recite Buddha's name, melt them. Settle down in Tan Song.

Meditation can't force depression and relaxation, slowly relax and gradually become quiet.

The former idea is gone, the latter idea is gone, and the latter idea is not born. I glanced at it now and caught my consciousness.

At present, the best and easiest thing to achieve in the times is the great perfection law in Tibetan areas, which gives birth to consciousness. Great perfection is a gift to all beings, and it is rare for them to practice it forever.

Two books recommended for practice: A Brief Interpretation of the Big Handprint by Yuan Yin (the big handprint is dzogchen) and Vajrayana by Dunbavand Qu Rinpoche.

To practice the great perfection method, you must worship the master with the title of Rinpoche as your teacher.
