Chapter I General Provisions

Article 5 There are 46 undergraduate majors and 7 junior college (higher vocational) majors in our school. 20 10 has 45 undergraduate majors and 6 specialist majors.
Article 6 In 20 10, our school enrolled 4,284 students, including 38 undergraduates, 470 junior college students (including 20 students from the headquarters10 and 350 students from Chinese-foreign cooperative education).

Article 8 Requirements for specialized foreign language training
1. 2. College (higher vocational) majors: business English, computer network technology, industrial and commercial enterprise management, computer art design, multimedia design and production, and product modeling design recruit English candidates.
3. Oral test requirements for foreign language majors: English, business English, Japanese (tourism direction) and Russian (Russian-English bilingual direction) are required to take the oral test of the college entrance examination language, and those who fail cannot be admitted.
Article 9 Requirements for enrollment ratio of male and female students
All enrollment majors are not limited to the proportion of men and women.
Article 10 Requirements for physical health conditions
All candidates must take the college entrance examination organized by the local authorities. According to "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities", our school will not accept candidates who are unqualified in physical examination and have limited majors.
Article 11 Access Rules
1. The school strictly implements the scores determined by provinces (cities, districts), and selects the best candidates from high to low according to the college entrance examination results. At the time of admission, we should consult 105% of our enrollment plan.
2. Arrangement of admission majors: According to the order of college volunteers and professional volunteers reported by candidates, as well as the scores of related majors, the best admission is from high score to low score. Our school recognizes the results of the provincial admissions office adding or subtracting points to candidates, and there is no professional grade difference when enrolling students.
3. Admission requirements for related majors: English, Japanese (tourism direction) and Russian (Russian-English bilingual direction), with a score of not less than 100.
4. Admission principle of art design and painting major: Candidates who have obtained the professional examination certificate of our school (the results of the unified examination of candidates in all provinces must be qualified), and after the scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination reach the scores specified by the provinces, they will be selected according to the comprehensive scores from high to low. Jilin province: comprehensive score = total score of cultural courses *60%+ total score of professional courses *100%; Other provinces: comprehensive score = total score of cultural courses *30%+ total score of professional courses * 100%.
5. Admission principle of music performance major: Candidates who have obtained the professional examination certificate of our school will be selected according to the professional course scores from high to low after the cultural course scores of the college entrance examination reach the provincial score line. 20 10 the main subjects of instrumental music in the music performance major of our school are: violin, viola, flute, classical saxophone, oboe, trumpet, bassoon, suona, erhu, piano, accordion, dulcimer and piano tuning.
6. Admission principle of musicology major: Candidates who have obtained the certificate of professional examination in our school will be selected from high to low according to the sum of the scores of cultural courses and professional courses in the college entrance examination, and the scores of foreign language subjects will not be less than 50 points.
7. Admission principle of special education college: With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the special education college of our school enrolls students with visual impairment and hearing impairment, and implements separate proposition and admission. Acupuncture and massage major: admission from high score to low score according to the total score; Art design, painting and music performance: first determine the minimum control line of cultural courses, and then recruit students from high to low according to the results of professional courses.

Chapter IV Issuance of Academic Certificates
Thirteenth students have completed the teaching content required by the training program, and their grades are qualified and meet the graduation conditions. Changchun University awarded the national undergraduate or junior college (higher vocational) graduation certificate.
