2. Management and service methods
The management mode of enterprise library is outdated, the library work is in a closed state, and there is a lack of information communication within and between industries, which has not formed a situation of * * * sharing resources. 3. The quality of librarians
The responsibility of the library is mainly to purchase related professional books, classify books according to the classification of books, and arrange books, magazines and materials in an orderly manner for readers to borrow. There is little or no data compression and sorting, and the service mode is single and passive. This situation inhibits the improvement of librarians' quality and leads to the loss of senior talents.
