Dalian Library is located at No.7 Changbai Street, Xigang District.

You can take bus No.202 (one yuan by tram)/No.28 (one yuan by bus)/No.531(2 yuan by minibus) from Lu Hua, and then change to bus No.506 at Heping Square and get off at the "Library" station, and get off at the municipal library No.407, 702, 706, 4 and 12.

You can also take 53 1 and get off at "129 Street" or "Qingniwa Bridge", then transfer to bus 702 and get off at "Baiyun Mountain" and walk west for seven or eight minutes.

There is also the Children's Library in Dalian, which is on Memorial Street. You can take bus No.202/No.28/No.531at the Convention and Exhibition Center and transfer to bus No.27 to Memorial Street.

District libraries in Shahekou District, Xigang District and Zhongshan District of Heishijiao. But the scale is limited.
