In order to let more children enter the library and make use of it, in the spirit of fairness and public welfare, from the perspective of cultivating children's integrity and fairness, and in combination with the local actual situation, our library decided to implement the free lending system for children on May 25 this year (library service publicity day) (that is, children's cards are free of deposit and borrowing fees). Specific measures are as follows:

1. All children under the age of 14 in our city (including 14) can apply with the city's household registration book or citizen card (foreign children with temporary residence permits).

2. Local children can apply at the service desk of our library or by the school, and foreign children need to apply for temporary residence permits by the school.

3. Each child under the age of 14 (including 14) can only apply for a free library card for children.

4. The original children's card with deposit will be extended until August 3, 20091.Children readers are requested to return the card in time.

5. The borrowing rules of free children's library cards remain unchanged.

6. The application time is from 9 am to 5 pm every day.
